In a unique blend of coaching, careers guidance, advice and counselling, I look at the whole picture: you, your skills, your needs, your wants, the opportunities that are immediately available and where you need to be focusing your efforts to ensure that you continually build your skills portfolio to enable you to create the career that you deserve. A standard Career Development Package consists of one face to face consultation (or two telephone consultations) followed by unlimited email support for 4 weeks. Extra email support or telephone coaching is available if required. This service is also helpful if you are looking to realign your career with your current employer. I can design a package suitable to your own personal requirements and it can be a mixture of face to face, telephone coaching and email support.

I am a registered member of the ACPI, the association for Career Management Professionals, and operates to their code of ethics. I pre-screen all candidates, so if I feel I cannot help you I won't take you on, but suggest someone else who can.

Given the nature of the business, I have evening and weekeend appointments available, as well as weekdays, to ensure this won't interfere with your current work schedule. I always appreciate the urgency of some situations and will aim to book you in to the first available appointment.
