bookCAREERS Redundancy Recovery
If you have been made redundant or are
about to be made redundant I have a variety of different solutions that
may be able to assist you in realigning your career and getting you
onto the job market and back into work. Usually it is possible to ask
your employer to pay for this help as part of the redundancy package
that they are giving you, (Human Resources might refer to it as 'outplacement'),
or you may qualify for help through the BTBS. I offer a personal service
which gives you continuous support throughout this difficult period
of change. In the first instance, please make contact with me at suzanne
at bookcareers.com and I will book you in for a Careers Clinic appointment
so we can discuss the ways in which I can help.
Are you an employer looking to give staff
redundancy support or 'outplacement'?
Why not send them to an industry specialist who understands the job
market, both formal and informal, and who can get them back on their
feet, whatever their plans? I have a variety of options which can meet
the tightest of budgets whilst maximising the personal help and support
that is required during this period of change. I am also able to come
in and coach in-house staff who remain.
