How will we work together?
Each of our services are tailored precisely to your needs: YOU are always in control.
We prescreen all of our clients with an initial telephone conversation lasting no more than 20 minutes, where we are able to assess the best way forward for you. There is no obligation on either side for us to continue to a formal consultation. We only take on clients where we believe we can make a difference; we do not take on every person that contacts us.
We operate within the ethics of both the Association of Career Professionals and the Institute of Career Guidance.
We listen to your situation and offer a prescription as to how best we should proceed together. This could be by any of the following means of communication

Skype consultations
MSN Messenger or Internet Chat
There is a minimum of 24 hours 'cooling off' period between a prescreening and us accepting your booking. .
All our charges and fees are inclusive and you will receive clear notification of what your package entails. There are no hidden extras or added charges.
You will be given the same level of confidentiality that you might come to expect from your Doctor; no one will know that you have contacted us and we do not discuss our work nor our clients with anyone. If you contact us as a private individual, people will not know that you have used this service. If you are referred to us by your employer or the job centre, then we have to give a level of reporting. You will always be advised as to the reports required.
