Wish publishers would send rejection letters instead of me finding out on Twitter someone else has got the job.

Yes not getting rejection emails really annoys me too.

Not getting rejection emails is a common complaint.
Is this when submitting an application and hearing nothing or
if you've been for an interview and not receiving a rejection?

To me not emailing people personally after they have attended an interview is a big no-no. Companies must email people they have had personal contact with.

Would be interested to hear some more.
