Please can you answer the following questions (without giving any identifying information away).

1. Is there a precise moment or point where you realised you were suffering from burnout? If so, when was it, and what happened to make you realise?

2. Can you break down any of this feeling - burnout/exhaustion/fatigue OR work-related stress OR work overload - or a combination of all three? Please can you share some of the frustration you are feeling.

3. Is there ONE thing that you feel would help improve your situation. If so, what is it?
