Publishing with Pan Macmillan – Part One

Aug 23, 2020

Episode 85 of Live

Listen to our exclusive interview with Jeremy Trevathan, Publisher of Pan Macmillan.

This week we had a good chin-wag with our friend Jeremy Trevathan, Publisher of Pan Macmillan. We spoke to him about his varied career, how he got to be publisher, and he gave some great tips and ideas for those at all stages of a publishing career.
The chin-wag was so good, we’ve had to split it into two parts because we didn’t want to edit any of it!

In Part One you will hear Jeremy talk about his career path, what he loves about working at Pan Macmillan, how to get noticed as an Editorial Assistant and how to get commissioning responsibilities.

Part Two will follow next week, where Jeremy discusses what it is like working with high profile celebrities such as Elton John and Mariah Carey and so much more.
